Welcome to the Charles A. Jones Career and Education Center, proudly serving adults throughout the Sacramento region with high-quality academic programs and affordable career training in areas that are in demand regionally and statewide.

Come to Charles A. Jones and learn about the wide range of educational and career training opportunities, as well as our full range of Student Support Services. Our campus is home to a Sacramento Works Training Center, the staff of which is ready and eager to assist you as you search for a training program to meet your career goals.

There is no other public adult school that has such a rich offering of community partnerships with social service agencies and community-based organizations.

The Charles A. Jones Career and Education Center has served the Sacramento community for over forty years by offering a wide variety of career training programs to meet the ever-changing demands of the local and regional labor market, while providing the skills so critically needed for livable wage jobs.
