Forklift Certification for Class I, III, IV, and V and Pallet Jack

1. Register online https://scusd.asapconnected.com/Register

2. No assessment scheduling required

3. Enroll in the Forklift Class in person with your physical identification card (ID) (not a picture on your phone)

No High School Diploma Required

Must be at least 18 years old

Students must pass the course with a 70% or better on the examination and attend all five hours of training.
