Prerequisite Classes for Vocational Nursing

Take three prerequisite courses for the Vocational Nursing Program (highly-accelerated):

Medical Terminology:

August 3, 2026 - August 18, 2026

October 5, 2026 - October 21, 2026

Math for Medications:

August 24, 2026 - September 9, 2026

October 26, 2026 - November 10, 2026

Anatomy and Physiology:

September 14, 2026 - September 29, 2026

November 16, 2026 - December 8, 2026

You can take all three or just one or two...whichever courses you need!

Classes are IN-PERSON from 8:00am - 4:30pm each day.

Admission Requirements

  • Complete the Assessment, Advising, Orientation, and Enrollment Process
    • CASAS Scores: Reading 248 and Math 236
  • Being a high school graduate is not required to take the prerequisite classes. However, you will need either a high school transcript showing graduation or a high school equivalency to continue into the Vocational Nursing program. If needed, we can dual-enroll you in academic courses and the program so you can earn your diploma or equivalency while preparing for Vocational Nursing.

Cost

Registration Fee: $100 for any one class or all classes
