Prerequisite Classes for Vocational Nursing
Take the three prerequisite courses for the Vocational Nursing Program in three weeks (highly-accelerated):
Medical Terminology: June 1, 2026 - June 3, 2026
Math for Medications: June 4, 2026 - June 8, 2026
Anatomy and Physiology: June 9, 2026 - June 15, 2026
You can take all three or just one or two...whichever courses you need!
Classes are IN-PERSON from 8:00 - 4:30pm each day.
Admission Requirements
- Complete the Assessment, Advising, Orientation, and Enrollment Process
- CASAS Scores: Reading 248 and Math 236
- Being a high school graduate is not required to take the prerequisite classes. However, you will need either a high school transcript showing graduation or a high school equivalency to continue into the Vocational Nursing program. If needed, we can dual-enroll you in academic courses and the program so you can earn your diploma or equivalency while preparing for Vocational Nursing.
Cost
- Registration Fee: $100
- Anatomy and Physiology: $300 plus books and materials
- Medical Terminology: $250 plus books and materials
- Math for Medications: $250 plus books and materials
