Constitution Day – September 17th
All CAJ programs celebrate Constitution Day every year on September 17th

Our Constitution is the oldest written constitution of all of the world’s nations. Constitution Day commemorates the birth of our government as well as the ideals that make us Americans. It is celebrated on or near the seventeenth day of September each year.

Each educational institution that receives Federal funds for a fiscal year is required to hold an educational program about the U.S. Constitution for its students.

On or around September 17 each year, CAJ teachers plan fun activities with students in honor of this important event in our country’s history.
