Campus Safety Data

To view Campus Safety Data in the Office of Postsecondary Education’s Campus Safety and Security Data Tool, follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to: https://ope.ed.gov/campussafety
  2. Click “Get Data for One School”
  3. Type in the School Name:  Charles A. Jones Career and Education Center
  4. Type in the City:  Sacramento
  5. Select our institution’s name, then click continue.

The data is updated yearly in September

Join Us For In-Person Orientation!
Orientation Required Prior To Program Enrollment

Thank you for your interest in the academic and career training programs at the Charles A. Jones Career and Education Center!

CAJ offers In-Person Orientation every Wednesday at 8:30 AM

Reading and Math assessment testing will be required in person after orientation. Plan for about three (3)  hours to take both assessments.

Late arrivals may not be able to take assessment tests on the same day but can be scheduled to come back and test.

NEW ESL STUDENT ORIENTATION INTAKE is scheduled for August 7, 2025 from 9:00 – 12:00pm at Charles A. Jones for classes that will start August 18, 2025!

You MUST pre-register to attend. We will send out pre-registration details for orientation on July 6, 2025 to everyone on the waitlist.
