Welcome to Charles A. Jones

Adult education provides essential learning opportunities for individuals 18 years and older, empowering them to achieve personal, academic, and career goals. Through Adult Basic Education (ABE) classes, learners strengthen foundational skills in reading, writing, and mathematics, building confidence for further studies and workforce readiness.

English (ESL) classes support non-native speakers in improving their English proficiency, enhancing communication, job prospects, and community engagement. For those seeking U.S. citizenship, Citizenship Test Preparation courses offer instruction on civics, history, and the naturalization process to help students navigate the path to becoming U.S. citizens.

High school completion programs provide a vital second chance for individuals to obtain the credentials needed for career advancement and higher education. Students can earn a high school diploma or prepare for a high school equivalency (HSE) test, such as the HiSET, through structured online coursework and online exam readiness support.

Career training education programs offer specialized instruction in high-demand fields, equipping students with the technical skills and industry certifications necessary to secure meaningful employment. By providing flexible learning options and comprehensive support services, adult education fosters lifelong learning and economic mobility, empowering individuals to achieve success in their personal and professional lives.
