If you need your Charles A. Jones educational transcript, please fill out the Transcript Request Form and email it to adulteducation@scusd.edu or bring it in to our front office for processing. There is a $20 fee for transcript processing.

Transcripts and Certificates of Completion will not be issued if there is an outstanding student balance on the account.

If you need your GED or HiSet or high school diploma from Fremont Adult School…there is no fee but you need to complete the Transcript Request Form and email it to adulteducation@scusd.edu or bring it to the front office for processing.
