Admission Requirements:
Attend Orientation (Wednesdays at 8:30am) Orientation Register Here
High School Diploma/High School Equivalency
CASAS Scores (taken at orientation): Reading 239 and Math 236
Immunizations Required:
TB/PPD before entering program
MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella Titers
Varicella (Chickenpox) Titers
Hepatitis A and B series
TDAP
Flu Vaccine, Meningococcal, and Pneumococcal (when recommended)
Skills learned in the Medical Assistant Program:
– Customer Service
– Medical Terminology
– Anatomy and Physiology
– Clinical and Back Office
– Electronic Medical Records
– 200 Hour Externship
You will be fully-prepared for employment as a Medical Assistant and qualify for the state CCMA and/or national exam!
Potential Salary: $40,000 – $65,000
Program Cost (financial aid and scholarships available): $6520 plus books and materials
